99-Day Try-On Guarantee
Effective from 21 September 2025
Our 99-Day Try-On Guarantee applies to all orders placed on or after 21 September 2025.
Orders placed before this date are not eligible under this guarantee.
How It Works
Try them on at home
Slip your socks on, take a short walk, and see how they feel.
Not quite right?
If you don’t love them, you may return them within 99 days of delivery.
Condition
Returns must be in original condition. We can’t accept socks that have been worn over multiple days or used extensively.
(Think: a try-on to decide — not weeks of wear.)
Include a note
Please include a note in your return package with your order number and name so we can match it to your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
This includes postage, customs charges, and any other costs associated with sending items back to us.
How to Start a Return
Email us at angus@oliveandjet.com with your order number.
We’ll send you the return instructions.
Once your socks arrive back with us and are inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the issue is our fault, we’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalised items

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we can help arrange an exchange.
Email angus@oliveandjet.com and we’ll walk you through the options.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
